Tēnā koutou te whānau o Waihōpai, ngā mihi aroha ki a koutou katoa ngā whānau o Kāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, me Waitaha, mauri ora. There’s not much happening on the marae at the moment due to extensive toilet and kitchen renovations. We have managed to hold some hui for example tītī hui, wedding hui, and some smaller.

To all whānau who live in the North Island and overseas, please feel free to send some news and photos from your area so we know you are ka pai. Some favourite recipes would also be good. All the whānau are good down here, haven’t heard otherwise. Ka pai to the three teams from Ōtautahi who took part in Te Matatini.
